How are shipping rates calculated?

All shipping rates are calculated at the same rate of £4.99 for any orders bellow £50. Shipping is free for orders over £50.

When will my order ship?

All orders are shipped within 1 working day.

Can my package be redirected to a different address?

Yes you will get a delivery notification from either Fedex, Pallet Network or Royal Mail allowing you to reschedule delivery.

How do I track the delivery of my order? 

All small goods will be shipped with a tracking number provided.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return items?

Can I have my refund redirected to a different bank account?

All refunds are sent to the card used to make the initial purchase.

Can I return my gift for a different item? 

Yes this is not a problem but return postage must be covered by the sender. To initiate a return, follow the instructions here.
